Biblical Foundations

Our curriculum integrates Biblical principles, teaching children to see the world through a Christian lens. From understanding historical events to exploring the wonders of science, our elementary students recognize God's guiding hand in every aspect of learning. Memory verses and Bible stories become tools for character building, helping students navigate challenges with faith and wisdom. Most importantly, students learn to trust Scripture as the source of all truth and the foundation for their lives.

In mathematics, our goal is to reveal the order and logic God has woven into the universe. We adopt various teaching methods, including visual and kinesthetic approaches, to ensure each student grasps the foundational concepts of his or her grade level in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Our engaging, hands-on activities foster a love for numbers and problem-solving.

MAP Testing

At CrossLife Christian Academy, we take pride in our commitment to high academic standards.

Three times a year, our students participate in MAP testing – a rigorous assessment that measures their knowledge and skills in math, reading, and language usage.

Regular MAP testing is not just valuable as a measurement of our students’ progress compared to others but is, most importantly, a tool that allows us to focus on specific areas of growth in individual students during the course of the year and throughout their elementary education. Teachers use the information gleaned from their students’ MAP reports to fine-tune their instructional methods for optimal individualized learning, ensuring we address the unique needs of each student.

CrossLife teachers are committed to nurturing well-rounded, academically proficient students within a Christ-centered educational environment. We are not just educating children; we are shaping future leaders and thinkers grounded in Christian values.

Your child can learn, lead, and live courageously.

Non-discriminatory Admissions Policy

CrossLife Christian Academy practices a non-discrimination enrollment policy and admits students of any race, color, religious, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of our school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national, or ethnic origin in its administration of educational policies, admissions policies, athletic, or other school-administered programs.

The MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) test is a three-part assessment used to evaluate the growth and proficiency of K-12 students in math, reading, and language usage. Scores are measured against national grade-level standards.

CrossLife conducts MAP testing in the fall, winter, and spring of each school year.
